Key dates

September 29th - Nominations open at 6:10PM
October 13th - Nominations Close at 5:00PM
October 17th - Acceptance Forms must be signed by 5:00PM
October 20th - Candidate Speeches at 6:00PM Open Meeting
November 10th - Final Remarks & In-Person Voting at 6:00PM Open Meeting

Nominating & Voting Rules
Rules & Eligibility
One vote per membership, cast by the primary contact on file (must be the listed Point of Contact)
Voting is in person only on November 10th
Only dues-paid members in good standing may nominate or vote
Nominees must review and accept the Candidate Packet before being placed on the ballot.

Serving on the Board
Before accepting a nomination, review what's expected of board members.
This is a working board - attendance, event help, and positive representation are required.
All roles are equal; no one officer is "above" another
Candidates must sign the Candidate Acceptance Form by October 17th by 5PM to appear on the ballot

Candidate Speeches & Voting Day
Candidate Presentations
October 20th - Each confirmed nominee gives a 2-3 minute statement
November 10th - Each nominee gives a 30-ish second reminder before voting
​
Voting Day (November 10th)
Voting is by paper ballot, in person only.
Ballots are cast at the meeting and counted by impartial volunteers.
Results are verified and announced that evening.
